    By accessing or using Growth Whisperer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

    2. Description of Service

    Growth Whisperer is a social media management platform that allows users to connect their social media accounts, view analytics, schedule posts, and manage content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

    3. Account Registration

    • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
    • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
    • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
    • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

    4. Connected Social Media Accounts

    By connecting your social media accounts, you authorize us to access your account data, analytics, and content as permitted by each platform's API. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access. You may disconnect accounts at any time through your dashboard settings.

    5. User Responsibilities

    • You are solely responsible for content you create, schedule, or publish through the Service
    • You must comply with all applicable laws and the terms of service of connected platforms
    • You must not use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
    • You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data

    6. Intellectual Property

    The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Growth Whisperer. You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through the Service.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, failed scheduled posts, or inaccuracies in analytics data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

    8. Service Availability

    We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Third-party platform API changes may affect Service functionality.

    9. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    10. Modifications to Terms

    We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

    11. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
